Search by a legal company name, a TTB basic permit number, or a 2-letter state code. For broad analysis, download the full open-data permittees CSV or browse the permittee category hubs below.

The official TTB List of Permittees posts permittee lists by permit type in CSV and JSON format. TTB says it updates those listings weekly.

TTB publishes alcohol industry members who hold Federal Alcohol Administration Act permits for production, bottling, importation, or distribution of beverage alcohol products. The same page notes that some taxpayer records are protected, so not every permit or business category is published.

COLA Cloud is not TTB and is not affiliated with TTB. We clean the public permittee data, normalize state and ZIP fields, filter to permittees with COLA activity, and connect permit holders to label approvals and open-data workflows.

Is this the official TTB permit lookup?
No. TTB is the official source. COLA Cloud is a separate product built on public TTB data.
Why are some permit categories missing?
TTB says some taxpayer records are protected and not all categories are published. COLA Cloud also filters this public utility to permittees with COLA activity.
Can I join this to label approvals?
Yes. Use permit_number to join permittees to COLA records, or use COLA Cloud's web app and API for that workflow.
