Every federally licensed Distilled Spirits Plant (DSP) in the United States — the TTB term of art for a distillery.
A distillery operating in the US holds a Distilled Spirits Plant basic permit issued under 27 CFR Part 1 and registers premises under 27 CFR Part 19. The TTB uses the term Distilled Spirits Plant (DSP) — the industry calls them distilleries. They are the same thing.
This page lists every DSP that has filed at least one COLA since 2005, broken down by state and ranked by COLA filing activity. The working set of US distilleries.

Data is sourced from the TTB basic permit registry, refreshed daily. Coverage is filtered to permittees that have filed at least one COLA — the operational set, not every dormant permit ever issued.
Some TTB-issued permits in the underlying source are not categorized by type. Brewer's notices, in particular, are not currently surfaced in this hub set because they appear under a different TTB classification system. We're working on it.
