US Alcohol Wholesalers
Every federally licensed alcohol wholesaler in the United States — the largest single category of TTB permits, covering distribution to retail.
Alcohol wholesalers move product from producers and importers to retail accounts (bars, restaurants, package stores). To do that in interstate commerce, they hold a TTB Wholesaler Basic Permit issued under 27 CFR Part 1. Wholesalers are by far the largest category in the permit registry.
This page lists every active wholesaler by state. Wholesalers don't file COLAs — that's the producer's job — so the COLA-activity ranking is omitted on this hub.

About this data
Data is sourced from the TTB basic permit registry, refreshed daily. Coverage is filtered to permittees that have filed at least one COLA — the operational set, not every dormant permit ever issued.
Some TTB-issued permits in the underlying source are not categorized by type. Brewer's notices, in particular, are not currently surfaced in this hub set because they appear under a different TTB classification system. We're working on it.
